I tried this cake today for my 8 years old daughter. She liked it very much..thank you for delicious recipe..

I made it today on my son's 14 th birthday , as I m an Army officer's wife and my husband is away from home posted somewhere at the valley.During lockdown only essential items he could send home so he gifted dry fruits and desired to have baked a dry fruits cake for our son's birthday.Thank you Arunima and I must compliment that being a bong your Hindi is superb. Made it today. Really amazing, fluffy, light and flavorful cake. I made a small tweak. Since I ran out of Vanilla essence, I added saffron and cardamom powder. The whole kitchen smelled divine.

No...mere har cake recipe me dahi hota hai... Taste kabhi nahi aata h...yes you can add that much...agar dahi avoid krna h, 1 cup milk me thoda sa vinegar daalke 10 mins k liye side pe rakh dein and then use it

It's not turning brown for me. I'm baking in microwave convection mode. Should I increase the temperature and bake for an additional 5 minutes? Would that help?
