This was mind blowing!! It was chocolate heaven I did make some changes though, 1. I added 1/4 tsp of instant coffee powder to the dry ingredients 2. Added 1 tsp of Vanilla extract to the melted chocolate 3. I used homemade unsalted butter, so I used 1/8 tsp of salt 4. Added 1/4+1/8th tsp baking powder. I also folded in 1/2 cup of chopped chocolate into the batter. I didn’t weigh the chocolate, I used morde compound chocolate and it didn’t melt as much as shown in the video. It was not watery thin but worked great. How I measured the chocolate was Morde chocolate is of 400 grams and is divided into 4 bars. So if anyone is using morde, use 1 bar plus a little less than 1/2 bar. Since everything doesn’t own a scale. It worked for me I made one mistake, I used 2/3 cup instead of 1/2 cup for measuring the milk but oh my god!! It was probably an amazing mistake. My brownies were a bit more fudgy but still had that cake like structure and broke apart just the way it was shown in the video. The problem that i faced was that i didn’t know when the brownies were done since there was no reference in the video. I inserted a toothpick and it came out clean, it was perfectly cooked and the brownies bounced back slightly when i pressed their surface. Thank you so much Yaman 💕

Hello Varsha, No, you don't need to add baking soda to it. You just need baking powder. I melted the chocolate using double boiler method. i tried it today and also added some chocolate chunks in it as well and it was out of this world ...... definitely recommend it 10/10

I was craving for brownies yesterday, so I watched this recipe but I didn't have condensed milk, so I used the same amount of home made curd/yoghurt/dahi and added 1 TBSP powdered sugar to balance the sweetness! Also added finely chopped chocolate chunks on top instead of walnuts😋 And must say it was heaven on earth😍 thanks yaman for making such delicious recipes every now and then😊 I've made several recipes of yours and one of my favourites is this one and baked mac n cheese

I've made the same recipe a dozen of times by now, and i blindly follow this receipt only among all the othersss and following this one always make the brownie tasty and chocolaty, just like a pure home made tasty brownie should be.
