Ingredients
Chocolate ( dark or a combinatoon of dark and milk ) 130 g
Maida/APF 110 g 3/4 cup
Butter 80 g
Brown sugar 75 g
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Condensed milk 100 g
Cocoa powder 2 tbspn
Instant coffee powder 1/2 tsp mix with 1 tbsp hot water
Hot water 2 to 3 tbspn
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

Hi...I used 7 x 7 pan...u can use 6 x 6 for sugar print...I immediately placed the sugar sheet after applying ganache...the ganache shouldn't be runny

Brown sugar can be replaced with normal sugar but there is no replacement for condensed milk

130 g of total chocolate (65 g milk and 65 g dark)
I tried this recipe and it's fabulous.. got perfect results. I noticed tht It sinks in the middle.. am assuming thts how a brownie should be but urs does not look like tht.. anyways how does one convert this recipe to fit in a 8*8 inch pan? Thnks

Thank you for the sink...mine also sank in the middle a bit as you can see in the video...double the quantity. to fit into 8 x 8...you will get a little height too

nice tried your recipe it was very tasty but my brownie became little hard and took around 1 hr to bake used same measurements and i didn't get crincled top i baked on gas stove what can be the reason please guide

@@aaratae Did you let it cool down completely and then refrigerate the brownies before demoulding and slicing? They need time to set post baking.

@@maitrydobiwala9508 yes…i’ve been baking brownies for years but not eggless and that was the first time i tried eggless version. Let them cool overnight and refrigerated them before slicing. But they didnt hold shape and greasy

@@aaratae Probably they weren't baked enough. I have noticed in my oven it usually takes longer than the timing shown in the videos. I have also noticed eggless brownies take a little longer to bake. I would usually bake my brownies for 35-40 minutes. Usually 5-10 minutes longer than in the video.
