As if Vegapunk created the equivalent of an Ancient weapon, based on its power like he created pacifistas based on others powers. Maybe we could see a giant flying boat in the sky, futuristic and monumental version of Ener's boat ? And because we know that Jupiter is a boat, maybe it's even it. Maybe, somehow, Vegapunk recreated it so when Franky will see it, he will be able to remember it and to destroy it cuz he know its weakness. I probably went too far but that's a guess.

So no, i didn't read the manga (even if sometimes, the fillers make me regret that i don't) but thanks for confirming this Vegapunk's point. And even without guessing about Vegapunk, i don't get why some people think that's Imu power. I mean, the power to nuclearise islands from afar ? As will ? First what is impressive is the reaction speed. They did this from a far away point on the world within the the timespan of a short call. Since they didn't know where Sabo was they couldn't prepare this attack or anything (at least not position it anywhere). Except for maybe Enel, name one one piece character that can (a) launch such a remote attach and (b) be then strong enough to completely wipe out a whole kingdom / island and within that short of a timeframe
