@@Bowl2Soul see Basmati rice is not a common type of rice which is consumed on a daily basis and people mostly use Basmati for making these kinds of dishes say like Biriyani Pulao and so on.. for plain sambar curry dal and all people won't consume Basmati for it. Simple 🙃🙃🙃 . Maybe there are few well off people like you consume it on daily basis just saying no offence 🙃😅

You are correct and thats why I mentioned just left over rice which means any rice will work, it does not have to be a basmati rice. I used it because I had some left. You also said it correctly that it can be made with a fresh rice but if u have leftover rice this works as a hack to use it in a delicious way. Hope that helps.

That is the freshest leftover rice I have ever seen 😂

keep the leftover rice in air tight dabba in refrigerator it will stay fresher

I've made this now and added a new thing in it and that is chicken masala koi bhi use karlo... Genuinely aapki ye recipe bht khoob banke aayi hai .. thank you so very much... Thank you
