I've never seen eggs prepared that way before, but u could almost smell the aroma.Simply delicious.

For people who have problem eating with right hand let me tell you that is the traditional Indian way of eating food especially in South India. We believe that six senses of your body should be stimulated when u eat your food- Eyes for looking at colors of food, Nose for smelling its aroma, tongue to taste when you eat, ears listen to you biting and slurping the food and finally using your Right hand to touch the food and sense it. Вредно для здоровья,скрести металлической лопаткой по дну таза!! Надо им сделать лопатки деревянные такой же длины , как - эти металлические, что они используют. У нас когда в казанах готовят мясо, рис и т.д, то используют такие выструганные самостоятельно или в столярной мастерской сделанные лопатки. И никакого вреда здоровью!🤗

Ideally all the cooking should be done in clay pots. The taste using claypots is out of this world. But claypots arent durable enoug. So these people use metal utensils.

i was okay naming the ingredients, including the spices, until after the tomatoes went in...... then I was guessing - actually I was out of my depth this is a fantastic video - I'm not at all surprised it currently has 4.5 million views open air.... wood-fired fire..... nothing from a cellophane packet..... served on a banana (?) leaf...... eaten with the hand the constant clanging of the spoon whilst stirring, echoes the tolling of our western church bells, bringing the people home to eat absolutely top quality video :-)

I just subscribed to ur channel because I enjoy cooking and exploring different genres of food...But it would be remiss of me if I didn't point out the fact that on many KZread videos this cooking technique( outdoors) and eating food with the hand is done by most African countries, but there are sooooooooooooooooooo many negative comments on their videos and foods, but none here which is good to see... Hopefully one day we can all evolve to accept and learn from all cultures...
