Baaji thank you so much for bringing back such happy memories of hostel life and college where andaa phurji was a must at 230 in the night! With garamagaram hot toast Amul makkhan maar ke. I am sure everyone who has been through this experience, and then later on, away from family on his job will remember this as a memorable part of their life and lifestyles! We used to borrow the tamatar pyaaz dhania etc from the mess. Eggs and milk and spices and extras were our own. Our warden, God bless her, was one of the good angels, who allowed us to cook meals on kerosene primus stoves, as long as we did not use electric stoves. We also added the leftover milk from the day's intake, into this mixture, while it was being cooked. And then after it was half cooked, we used to add grated amul cheese, liberally. Put the cover on it, take it off the heat, and allow it to cook and absorb the cheese and milk. We never added water. That would harden the soft scrambled eggs. your bhurgee style with boiled eggs is really very creative and unique! We used raw eggs, beaten up well with sendha namak and a little bit of pepper. God bless all my friends who taught me the value of real butter,sendha namak and desi ghee, which they got from their villages or from their relatives coming to meet them in the hostel. 35 years have passed since then, but thanks to this healthy food, and no toxic manufactured refined oils, I definitely do not suffer from any lifestyle diseases, including high blood pressure, low blood pressure, diabetes, heart problems, which will have to make me go in for physician cure thyself remedies! In such a case, of course, I will never take any of my own allopathic medicines, but allow nature to cure me. Naturally, with a diet and lifestyle change. I have never eaten poisonous manufactured so-called refined oil or salt. I keep telling my patients to switch to sendha -lahori namak, vrat waala namak so that they do not have to worry ever about any salt problem ever. It is refined salt which is causing your kidney failure. How come for the past 7000 years, nobody suffered kidney failure through eating natural salt? Akkal lagayen bhai, iodized, refined, special table salt, free-flowing all these dangerous use less modern chonchle baahir hi rehne den! You are Eastern, eat Eastern, live long and prosper!
