Egg and tuna sandwich | Mouth-watering recipe for hot summer
Hey! Today we will cook cold tuna and egg sandwiches.
Ingredients (for 2 sandwiches):
4 slices of bread.
80 g of tuna.
2-3 tbsp of mayo.
2 eggs.
1 cucumber (30-40 g).
Cook eggs in boiling water for 7 minutes.
Finely chop cucumber.
Mash eggs with a fork.
Mix eggs, tuna, mayo and cucumber in a bowl.
Add spices to taste - I use salt and black pepper.
Mix everything well.
Now cut crusts off the bread, spread our mix evenly and close up sandwich.
Ready!

You can substitute chopped celery if out of cucumber. A little sweet relish is a nice touch, too.

Some food is really dangerous for some people 🙁 E.g. my friend has a severe peanut allergy.
You completely lost me when you cut the crust off the bread. Who does that?
