Quick question What is the maximum pitch for a Dutch gable roof? Is it 25 degrees?

Sir what’s the distance between the walls and the boundary line?

Hi, thanks for the question. You will have to determine that distance based on your own placement of the new conference center. Remember the building can not extend over the boundary line... All the best.

Hi, thanks for the question. For the site plan I don't believe your drawing will fit on an A3 when using Scale 1:100. Please check the video for better understanding... all the best with your PAT!
