Yeah, isn’t that the point of a theme park 🤨

This park got the American award price as best Park in Europe. I've been, it's more than amazing. You need at least 3 days to see everything. In the evening they put a spectacular water and laser show with music. A must to see

Totally agree. Fiona and I had been talking about going here for years and finally managed to do so a few months ago. Absolutely loved it and wished we could have spent more days there. We’ll definitely be going back.

At least 3 days? Haha you just gotta know which rides to get on first at the start of the day! Still 3 days is a better deal than 1 with this park

Hey! Local and annual pass holder here, it's truly a great park but no you really don't need 3 days, you could easily do every ride on a single day if you're efficient, although i recommend 2 days if you wanna take your time and take everything in, also Bosrijk or het loonsche land are great places to stay!

@@yigoh8437 If you got a Quiet two days you can do it in 2 days. We pass holders do know all the ins and outs and just don't see half the things anymore because we are to familiar with the parc. If you come for the first time you can really enjoy it for 3 days without getting bored. There so many places to explore.

I have never heard of this park before and now I need to go 😁 it looks like so much fun

Chloe Ball the Thrill rides are not the main attractions. It is my favourite park. Definitely worth visiting

Well its basicly the best themed theme park in europe, and yes i think the themeing is better then disney. But it isn’t better then disney sea. It also has a lot of darkrides and these are the only thrill attractions. If you want thrills go to walibi holland.

I have been to Efteling and it is so underated. It is much cheaper than most other theme parks but just as good or even better. Aside from the parks you also get to stay in huge chalets. Definitely the best theme park i have been to.

we from the netherlands think the efteling is very expensive actually, comparing to the other theme parks in our country, but yes if u compare it to like disney or something its cheap

It REALLY isn't underrated tho, atleast half europe knows it exists and nearly everyone living in the Netherlands has atleast visited it once, it's also one of the best visited parks in Europe

I live like 10 minutes away from the efteling and its an amazing park. I go there like 3 times a month

I love the Efteling it's in my top 3 parks in Europe 3. Phantasialand 2. Efteling 1. Europapark All these parks are worth visting some time! New sub!

It really is amazing, plus they had a great Storybook section too.

Loved the footage taken on the rollercoaster! So excited to visit more theme parks this summer!

It looks like a fun park! I hate water rides so I don't think you would ever be able to get me on the Piranha Rapids ride,lol.

This is actually the best theme park in the Netherlands! I’m dutch so i have been here for many times, it is the best! So people, If you are in the Netherlands, visit the Efteling! It is such a magical place♥️

I totally agree. This was our first visit and I was so impressed with the the park. Such a magical place, the rides were fantastic, the main show was amazing and the theming was exceptional. Hoping to head back during the winter season.

Oh WOW You guys have been to Efteling, This park looks Amazing & so cool, The theming is awesome, great to see that you are allowed to video on the rides, The Bobsleigh reminds me of The Avalanche at Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Great videos guys, BIG Like from me :-)

I live in the netherlands and I go to the efteling one or two times each year, when i was younger i went almost every 2 or 3 weeks! And everytime i am inpressed by the wonderful things there and i love it!(sorry for my bad english haha)

Sadly I'm pretty sure they have now shut down the bob sled ride and are replacing it with a new family ride.

This place looks so awesome! A great day out, some of those rides are super scary. I like the log ride the most that would be so much fun! 🤗👍👏

I have such a deep love for this park. The nature, the food, the theming, the rides and the cheerful staff are amazing! They are open as of now so if you want to go visit them, please do! Trust me it's so worth it!

Yes, we loved this park! We also found the staff really friendly and loved how magical everything was here. We’re in England so it’s still a bit difficult to travel but hope to get back as soon as we can.

The Dutchman was amazing. Before you came out onto the drop, it was all inside in the dark, covered with mist and eerie music and you sailed past two massive pirate ships. Simply amazing!

Wow we loved watching this, Gary thought this was an amazing park with some very cool rides...I however was hiding behind the cushion crying out “why, why?” Why would you ride some of these 😂they make BTM look tame and I felt sick just watching! The bobsled I would do that looked cool and the river rapids looked fun...and wet (poor Fiona) thank you for sharing this we enjoyed watching 😘

Thanks Dawn! I can absolutely confirm that the rides here are not rides that you would enjoy at all lol! That said, they do have some amazing fairytale inspired attractions and the scenery is amazing here.

Fantastic video! Some of those POVs are a little too good...🤢 (We have both become roller coaster wimps!). The bobsled looks amazing but a bit scary. It is hilarious to watch people get soaked too!! Looks like a great park. Thank you for sharing.

This was a great park. The coasters were great, but a bit too short. The fairy tale section of the park though was amazing. We loved it and would gladly go back!

This is my childhood theme park. I still love it and have memories with my family My family always loved it with all the magic and stuff we recommend u if u don’t life near Netherlands to rlly sleep at the houses for 1-4 days it’s amazing or use the Efteling hotel I rlly recommend if you want a amazing week/ days

The same smoothness as Python? No other dubble loop dubble corkscrew is as smooth as Python

All those rides look really fun although that first one seemed a bit scary for us! haha! The bobsled one looks really cool- kind of reminds us of the Matterhorn at Disneyland! 😊💙

Agreed! The Disneyland Matterhorn came to mind when we rode this! Efteling is such a unique and interesting park. Well worth a visit if you head back to Europe.

We went over the Easter weekend and was surprised by how quiet it was. Longest queue was about 25 minutes and average queue time was 10 minutes. I've heard it's far busier in summer though - Scott

It was so good! The park is older than Disneyland and the coasters were excellent but short. They have a whole fantasy section which is stunning.

All right! Now we're talking! Some excellent coaster action from a naturalistic, mystical-themed European park! This is a real treat! Ah, if only every coaster were longer in this world. Well, *almost* every, lol. As exciting as the great variety of the bigger, faster coasters is, I think that my personal favorite ride would be the bobsled, which might be the most nerve-racking to Zena, as "lipped" rides like that create the illusion of being able to fly out. Scott, what kind of sorcery did you conjure in order to have only Fiona get soaked by the Tiki men, while you got away Scott-free? ...Their ride got you back in the end, anyway, lol. ...Great job all around with the GoPro Hero7 Black! It's a dream on those rides! ~ Mike & Zena

Thanks guys! Yes, the rides here were great fun but just a little too short. Efteling is a magical place. Coasters aside, the fairy tale theming was stunning. The Hero 7 was made for a park like this (not sure I should have been using it but glad I did!). Yes, the Tiki gods got her good and proper but I came off far worse lol!!

I keep saying I want to visit Efteling!! It looks somewhere between the non theming of UK parks and huge themeing of Disney Parks to me. I think that might be a really great thing! Gosh these rides look epic, not sure I could handle the sitting right at the top just waiting to drop though...! 😱 I think Flying Dutchman looked about my pace!! A x

My mother grew up in Holland, where this park is located. There is a similar park in Holland call Sproikes Wonderland that I have been to twice but it is more childish and family friendly. Next year I am taking a trip to Holland and I am going here with my aunty. 😆🤪

I've been to efteling 2 times, first in 2013 and second time in 2018 which we stayed there for 3 days, I got to ride all their thrilling rides multiple times and I must say the baron almost had me dead lol when it went up I realized that I wasn't tight in my seat and the safety bar was kinda loose and I freaked out cuz it was about to drop and I could've died and me sitting on the edge seat made it worse, thank god I held the seat really hard and tight so that I wouldn't fall out of it, never rode it again after that. oh and I forgot to say that we got stuck on the flying dutchman when it was going up, we stayed there stuck unable to even lift our heads up for about 20 mins bc of we were stuck on the \ area and my neck kinda hurt but the staff came to tell us it's okay and we'll get another ride after this without line, they took us back to the start and the manager was there too and apologized and everyone clapped lol we got to ride it again immediately so that's good!

Joris en de Draak is actually the replacement for Pegasus. They are (were) different wooden coasters. Also, unfortunately the Bobsled has been replaced by Max & Moritz last year, which is definitely not a thrill ride.

I didn’t know that about the replacement for Pegasus. I’d heard that Bobsled had gone, which is such a shame as it was so much fun!!

Was sad to hear that the Bobsled closed. Really enjoyed that and so different to other rides.

I WELL GO RN I SWEAR

We've been there a few Months ago, and I had an panic attack on the flying Dutchman. We have been on the Baron, my Friends two Times, and the Baron was my absolute favorite! I didn't go on with the Python. It just...scared me. My first Rollercoaster was the Wooden one they had in the Efteling. Nevertheless, a great Video! ❤

Thanks so much for watching and commenting. This was our first time at Efteling and we were blown away by how wonderful the park was. I don't blame you for not going on the Python! The coasters at Efteling are far different to those at Disney!

@@dumebisthunderthighs5828 Yes, that's the one. Think it's about 25 years old now, so the theming isn't quite as good as Baron.

I must confess it was just a short sample I found on imovie. Sorry, I can't remember the name, but that is all there was to the song.

for those who wants to visit the efteling its somewhere in the netherlands ive been there and its super fun 😀 but the baron is scary tho

It really is a beautiful park! We've been to Turkey a couple of times but not been to Sazova Park. It looks lovely and we'd love to go one day. I hope you're keeping well and staying safe.

Can anyone who has been compare it to alton towers for me.. I've done alton towers and loved it...especially in November with fireworks and later night rides but looking into something different at end of year for my partners birthday

If you like Alton Towers, I think you’ll love Efteling. It has the same mix of thrill rides and lovely gardens / grounds. Also an amazing live show and fairytale lands. We’ll definitely be heading back.

I’ve been multiple times this is easily my favorite theme park, but bobsled isn’t there anymore.

Andrew’s Analytics We loved this park when we went, and hope to return one day. Was saddened to hear about Bob, really enjoyed that ride.

Python é uguale a Shaman di Gardaland

Ummmm where the hell were the Dark Rides, You have 4 Dark Rides which are classics, Let alone 2 which are part Dark Ride/part coaster which you did 1-Flying Dutchman other being Vogel Rok

It got closed down because it was way to hard to maintain and kept breaking down

That’s a pity. Must confess I assumed a ride like this would’ve been far easier to maintain than a complex coaster.

Depends, but I've never seen a mean worker in the Efteling. One time we needed to jump start the car, and they were very helpful.
