Two lads at our club have these. One the entire nose broke off in flight, the other the the elevator failed coming out of a dive. When they were flying they flew great.

FMSZERO I found/ subscribed to your channel about a month ago and am really enjoying it. I have been telling the guys at my flying club about it. FMS makes great scale planes and they are very generous with give aways. I hope to win one someday, thanks so much for running this one.

FMSZERO I have flown a lot of planes over the past 30 years, I'm not sure I have had one from FMS, thanks for the offer.

I bought one. Really liked it. Have only gotten a couple of flights. Because of weather. The FMS Zero looks like a really cool airplane.

I really believe that with enough effort, this will hover for a few seconds. Do you think this is the most capable small airplane ? Compared to persay, the umx a10?

I gotta try and hover.. Need to get the CG a bit aft... I've never flown the little A10.. I've heard its a lot of fun though....

Ha.. Just replied to your other comment... I was placing it all the way forward.. Like up to the motor mount. Now, I place it just a bit back from the motor mount. Frankly, I can't tell much difference.

I put my 300mah battery up as far as it will go and had to add a little bit of lead to get the CG right. It flew better for me with the added weight. It flies great either way but I noticed better stability and inverted flight. Your mileage may vary! Good luck it’s a great plane.

Yes I flew it finally yesterday and today all the way forward. Tried the 4S 300mah Spektrum and it flys way more balanced and tracks better, plus it has the insane power on tap..!! Appreciate your reply, thank you.

@trumpybear, yes when I tried the 4S 300mah in it stability was so much better. As for the speed, INSANE..!!

65 year old male. I have enjoyed flying model aircraft since the age of 12. Recently I purchased the UMX Consendo powered glider. Fantastic ship for sure! Unfortunately, I had a bit of a crash after a Dumb Thumb pushing through the back side of a rotor. ( I do know better). Ended up tearing off the wing and ripping out all the wires from the wing servos jack. I have finished repairs but for the life of me I can't find the wire configuration of the wing jack anywhere? On line? Nothing Dealer? Nothing. Horizon hobbies won't help either. I am hoping you do me a solid with a snapshot of the jack in question , showing the wire config? To be clear I'm lookin for a close image of the male/female Jack connection between the fuselage and wing servos... Cheers

Hi WIll. I didn't win the Zero, no worries, but I do have a couple of questions on the UMX Conscendo. First, I've heard the sides are a bit soft near the battery. Is that your experience? Second, do you have any thoughts on the 1.5m vs. the UMX? I've got the potential to get the 1.5m for a good price but I've wanted the UMX based on your video. Thanks.

I haven't noticed any softness on mine.. Although I'm sure I could smash it if I got a little aggressive. The UMX is an outstanding plane and ALWAYS is a crowd pleaser at the field. Its crazy fast. I can only imagine the 1.5m is similar. I've been thinking about getting the 1.5m too. Just to have something with even more speed and makes a great Whoooosh sound on a power off, deep dive. I know Adam @Model AV8R has both.. ping him and see what he says.. (He'll probably tell you to get both.. :-). )

Cool plane, I bought one, but the batteries are back ordered, 😪

On safe mode this just goes up like its going in a loop when I throttle up at even 50%. I fly the umx p51 voodoo with the same throttle level that one goes straight. Did i configure it wrong? Any ideas how to fix it?

would be nice when you can buy one with a radio,,, i think 1000 and 1000 people will buy it, many dont know what radio you need, how to bound them all those questions, sell a option as RTF , it will works way better

I get what you are saying. However, they sell a ton of these planes. Its not a 1st plane, so most folks who use Spektrum TX will know how to get it up and running without too much trouble. It's the FrSky, or RadioMaster that need to tweak things to make this work...

Umx conscendo can carry a lot of weight. I have walksnail nano v3 kit and a 750mah 1s strapped on the top. I still get 15min or more of flight time. Also FMSZERO
