One action I sometimes use, when I have negative thoughts or criticise someone , I say I am not my thoughts! and I forgive myself for having a negative thought, another practice , after a negative thought I catch myself and say “cancel,cancel, cancel “ to erase that thought, remember that we are not our Ego, Ego is just a part of the mind that wants to protect us, and keep us safe, but often leads us into negativity, 🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️

The thing is there are many gurus and teachers talking about all this stuff and some have great knowledge but don't always know how to explain it simply. Rhonda makes it so accessible and everything just makes sense and the live sessions are absolutely fantastic. And you can tell she is genuine and she truly wants to help all of us. I find that ignoring a negative thought can be so effective. Not feeling it, not considering it just ignoring it completely and letting it pass like a stranger you do not know on the street. And keep doing that until it becomes a habbit and having `negative thoughts` will be a thing unknown to you.

Open your bills only when you feel good. Pretend every bill is a check to you! All this is about stopping resistance, and feeling good. Do affirmation. Write checks to yourself. Feel good. Rhonda , I trying to improve my life for so many times. By trying to learn new personal development many classes , I can not pay for more money not enough. Then I always been left no further support to be able to change my life to be successful. If keep happening for more than 22years. Now I feel losers. In my current class, I have this procrastination, with I want to do KZread for 3years now. I pay big money in this course but can not get myself to start to do it. My training is giving up on me. I am in trouble with myself. How can improve myself, it turned become my worries each day. I don’t want to be lost anymore. I am manifest abundance but it not go to happen if I can not training myself over this! I am humble look forward for your advice!

Hello Rhonda I have been consciously manifesting for the past fifteen to twenty years. And everything has actually been going my way. However I get pretty stressed out and thankfully that is also getting better and better. I’m beginning to feel consistently happy and grateful and my days and nights are getting better and better. I am maintaining a better and more positive and living stance. I had quite a traumatic time twice life and have gotten past all of that and life is actually yielding to me very much of what I want. Two things are tripping me up. One is leaving the past in the past and no longer getting triggered so easily. Number two how can I become more wealthy even faster? I’d like to increase the amount of wealth and magnify it and is like to significantly speed it up!!!

One of my favorite thing i learnt is... Whenever I face criticism... I continuously say to myself, "I am not what they say, I am who I think I am".This makes me to believe myself more and to keep myself positively.

I’m just finding this. I just started being brave again after fearing the medical community and distrust of pretty much every organized authorities. @@tbsunrise Thank you for your kindness and energy you blessed me with today. I have honestly been victimized since I was a child. Honestly in every way you can possibly think. I am a rape survivor, SA survivor, mental and emotional abuse survivor and so much more. I developed something called FND due to the trauma. Getting Dr.s to believe that it wasn’t all in my head was additional heaviness. I had been through so much trauma at one point I thought that God and I had an understanding. That it was OK for me to get abused because I was already tainted. That if it was happening to me it wasn’t happening to somebody else. I fortunately pulled myself out of that darkness. The one thing I am proud of is that I never let them win and they never took my Spirit. My kindness my ability to love others. But they did take some things away, and the same light I’ve gained such a compassion and understanding of the human condition and pain and suffering. I don’t have to carry that anymore. I see life for the simplicity of love ❤️. I may never have financial wealth but I have something that $ can’t buy. It felt good to say my truth out loud into the either. This was an odd response for this conversation I’m sure but Thank You 🙏 for caring!
