Cool product! 3D printing makes perfect sense for this, and I'll have to grab the files. I have been building a lot of simple stools and thinking about getting a tapered tenon tool for the legs instead of doing it all by hand with a spokeshave. I agree with others that a reamer would be a perfect companion to this tool, it makes for a great joint if you can have the tenon and hole the same angle!
Duuude i liked your 3D Print and Woodworking skills but than i saw you Rhino and Grasshopper Skills at the end of the Video
FML you are a genius. Well fucking done, again.
Wow, you made the death star of drill guides. Nice job, Very impressive.
It's a giant pencil sharpener. And that's okay.

In addition to this tool, would be nice to develop Tap and Die Wood Threading Set for making Wooden Threads

That would be amazing, most tools for this are quite expensive (although work quite well).
Your stuff is always amazing

Brilliant! Have you considered making a reamer to match the 6 degree taper for that style of joint? I was trying to think how that could be done with 3d print and not be too fragile. Great work!
I get best results when I design for the specific material I intend to use for the part. Resin parts tend to look quite different from PLA parts. Looks like your design workflow is optimized for extrusion printing, so I'm not surprised your resin part had some minor mechanical issues.
This is briliant
What about putting the blade in a cartridge so it could move between units? Also this looks vey close to a dowel maker.
Truly talented
Nice work.
Great design, try using a high torque low speed drill when attempting to add machine power. Also it would be amazing to see an actual pencil sharpener that has the ability to cut various tip angles.

Você envia um desses para o Brasil ?
Fallait y penser 👏
curious what software were you using for the design? I'm familiar with Fusion 360 (and the ancient sketcher)... but yours seems... different?
great stuff. i just wish you could explain things
Love your videos. What are the inserts you use in the prints? Thanks.

@@CLAUDIUIOANCIREBEA Thank you
I am trying to get the hardware needed for this. for the threaded insert, it says 'm6x8x10'. What does each number stand for? edit: nevermind I found somewhere that says it's: diameter, thread, length.
is that just depth stop at the beginning?
Yr gonna wanna remove the protective blue foil from your Wash & Cure‘d reflector. It‘s not doing a lot of reflecting as is :p
