    Yeah, just take it easy and use the forehand for short shots. I think you'll like having it for approach shots.

    Thank you Nick for getting Jeff. It is nice to hear what a pro has to say. The last video Jeff said to watch the women u-tube vidios. I watch Kara Lee teach a girl how to throw a backhand. I have been doing what she said and it is unbelievable. Leading with my elbow and not my shoulder make such a difference. Going slow and watching my arm go through. Like Jeff said play the short game and have fun. Thank you. P S. You are AWESOME.

    Finally, an MP60 player providing lessons of disc golf technique. As a 63 year old looking for objective evidence for what I might potentially do one day, I’m absolutely inspired. I can get a reasonable forehand to about 180 with a driver, time to break out the mids. Thank you, sir.

    I own 6 zones and dont use them they are great but the Hex is my favorite by far and I can drive with them also.

    It looks so easy on video but my shots wobble like a drunken sailor on a 3 day pass. I think I am overthrowing it though after listening to Jeff's advice. Can't wait to try that technique this weekend!

    Great Video, Nick now has a flex forehand, NICE .. myself as a MA65 player, I keep my forehand throws for when I have no other choice.

    sometimes a guy wants to put a severe hyser so they will bend low. I cant get that low. so i go to a knee. hey I saw a binx!!
