I’ve met Andre in Austin Tx and he is seriously one of the professional, nicest and humble people I’ve met. I’ve been with a branch of Atos for two years and this video shows how much I need to tweak my game. Atos for life!

Darn, in old days, closed guard lesson was very simple with just a few steps. These days, to complete a mere close guard pass, you have to avoid a half guard, overcome Z guard, inverted roll, etc. It is a very dangerous and mega-gigantic task. What a hardcore world!!!!

시늬수 there’s definitely levels to this game lol that’s why I just let people open the guard unless I’m actively trying to submit or sweep.

My son will be going to Pan Am for kids in Feb 2020. We would love to visit Atos and take pics.. I know how excited he will be.. he's been doing bjj since last Jan 2019 and his evolution is amazing.. missed only one final..but everything else is gold or silver... and beating yellow blacks or other coloured belts.. still humble and always asking questions..

Dear coach. I want to start BJJ. I am not that young :-) I am lost with all the techniques and I don't know from where to start. Is there any curriculum to guide me ? For example: What are the minimum required techniques and on which order I need to follow to move from white to blue belt, .....I need a kind of reference or path to follow. Does such a curriculum exist, like for other martial arts (judo, karaté, ....). Please help me on this. I need some guidance.

hello "Rob"...you can access our online training website www.atosbjjonline.com and search white belt techniques. All the techniques are focused on beginners like you. We have a curriculum! Also, I suggest you to join a Jiu Jitsu academy near you! Take care!
