Honestly I don’t even write notes or anything. It’s a waste of time. For me i just read and read and read. The more you read the more you will understand. All my cases I just write the name down but the most important skill is to know who to summarise a case in the prescribed format. Either than that you won’t remember all those things. You’ll remember some yes and they are important but to summarise 500 pages of a book and that time it’s like 5 books and you think you’re going to rember all those contents forget you won’t. Best thing also is to know the study units or chapters titles of by head and the sub chapter titles. Like for example if I have to state the 5 requirements of a civil marriage those are the things you must have in your head and must know by heart or the elements of crime of requirements for a formal will, you need to know those things by head

I study for 50 minutes and take 10/15 minute breaks 🤍🤍 and I aim to study at least 3-4 hours a day :)

Was about to download Anki👀😫yhu 500 bucks!!?no ways Il try these tip’s definitely as a first year law student but minus expensive anki app☹️

Yoh R500 😂😭 Anki was free when I downloaded it! I just searched it on Google and downloaded it from there, not the App Store. I’m sure it still may be free 🤍
