I grew up at his church in the 70s and 80s. I played in his church band as well. I miss him and that church.

Thank you Holy Spirit for reminding me of this great man of God, I was flipping my channels and it was impressed on my spirit I remembered his name, & his bible scriptures on the screen in 1995, praise your name, still relevant & the word still keeps on blessing me right now!🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

He had a huge vision and heart for growth in 1993-1994 that is so needed for July 2021!!!! He had GREAT FAITH!!! LORD, Give us GREAT FAITH in JESUS NAME!!!

All of the faith we will ever need was given to us the moment we became born-again! We are united with Holy Spirit, and are now complete, lacking nothing. Nothing. Our job is to have our minds renewed to the word of God. It's our souls that limits us. We must wash it with the Word, to get it into perfect unity with God. Be blessed!

I wish I could have met This General of God but I was not a Christian when He was still Preaching! But God Has blessed me with Dr. Mark Barclay as a Spiritual Dad and Mr Sumarll was His Spiritual Dad I’ve gotten to hear many stories!

I know this is an old clip but when God calls you I can testify God Calls Women. To Preach The Gospel, cause I am one of them!!!

Oh Yes!,THE GOD'S HONEST TRUTH AMEN 🙏 OUR CHILDREN IN AMERICA DEFINITELY NEED PASTORS IN THESE SCHOOLS THESE DAYS. I am thinking about the 6 year old boy that shot his Teacher. In school in Virginia. This child needs Jesus.

Love these Sumrall Sermons. Thank you, for sharing them. @ 1:48 Every time I watch one of this older sermons, I always look for the back of my head ;). Right there is where I always sat. Always sat near the exit in case I was called to go to the nursery. That little boy is now 30 years old.

Hold on to the message from the Old Guard who are fading fast. Only what you do and they did for Christ will last! 🗣🌍🗣✍️🙏🏼✍️🌹.

Excellent! Let those who can teach, teach. Those who can shepherd, shepherd , etc.. Everyone whom God has positioned for the '5-fold ministry' must be ready. Each should be doing as Jesus instructed; bringing freedom to the captives, laying on hands and healing the sick, and casting out demons. Only those who are doing such can lead others to do such. Gender of the leader doesn't matter. Go strong in Christ. 😊

I'm definitely not ready for Jesus to return. Are you? I'm not really doing what Jesus said to do; set captives free, lay hands on sick so they are healed, and cast out demons. Are you doing these things? I'm asking because you said you're ready for his return. Remember his parable of the talents?

He visited my country in 1994&95 during the course the course kof our counrmtry Liberia's civil crisis. His message of peace brought me hope when there was little to hope. Mr. Sumral was unique in his ministry.

Spoke to THE LORD , and THE LORD ANSWERES FROM OUT OF THE STORM. Saying with HIS HOLYNESS- Ea One - who seeks ME out THE LORD ALMIGHTY @ POWERFUL AND GREAT GOD : I WILL " " " " " " " WITH ALL THEIR : HEART, SOUL, MIND, STRENGTH. GOD WILL REVEAL HIMSELF TO THE ONE. Most do not even - search out " JESUS - SON OF GOD SON OF MAN. Most have no ID-from GOD THE FATHER- Most people do not understand "THE HOLY SPIRIT - COUNSELOR OF TRUTH - A FRIEND THAT STICKS CLOSER THAT A BROTHER - THE ONE WHO WILL TEACH YOU ALL THINGS ABOUT JESUS CHRIST. I don't know what his point is regarding Israel (Jews) and the 1st Covenant. God gave Israel a certificate of divorce. He will make her (new Jerusalem) Christ's Bride, through the 2nd Covenant. That's relevant, but I just don't understand what point Lester was making about them.

He speaks about physical circumcision but forgets to speak about the circumcision of the heart. I guess he’s another one scared to criticize their behaviour. The new covenant is the only way. Unless they believe in Jesus they will be under the wrath of God.
