Fast forwad later he said he regret months later BUSISIWE fumbled in her office, and Malema said based on that he regrets appointing him based on her incompetencey. Malema protected Pravin because Zuma wanted to charge him unconstitutionally and unfairly, under no basis, he wanted to abuse he's presidential power's on Pravin. And Malema said it then saying Pravin was the one who said Malema's house and farm must be auctioned during the SARS case, but even thats the case he wont allow anyone in S.A to be treated unfairly under he's watch. The constitution of the republic must be defended, we can't allow certain people to be above the law. the eff is not friends to the public protector but they are in support of the chapter 9 institution and therefore that office must be respected and protected. the remedial actions of that office must be respected and only the courts can set aside the remedial actions provided they taken for review. the eff is right why the urgent interdict from Pravin, this is not a matter of death.. Pravin must follow the law like anyone else.

But he doesn't tell us the NPA only decided on "criminal intent" and Nugent is worthless since it was not in his terms of reference to decide this Pillay matter. PP looks at maladmistration in public service so her findings are different to NPA

May I politely asked whether people, or any opponent of the current PP, has actually read the report. It is definitely not as clear cut as the media (enca) makes it out to be. SARS' own HR specialists, with specific skills in pension, advised the Commissioner and the then Minister of Finance, PG, that the approval of Ivan Pillay's early retirement and subsequent re-employment may put both the Commissioner and the Minister "in a tight spot". Ivan Pillay requested early retirement for no other reason than to access his pension money. He had no desire to retire nor relinquish his post as Deputy Commissioner of SARS (hence when he retired on 31 Dec 2010, he was immediately employed again on 01 Jan 2011 in the same position which is not common practice in the Public Service.). It is also noteworthy to state that months before Ivan's request, two other SARS officials had made similar requests for early retirement with full benefits, which was denied by PG. So the real question here is was PG correct in approving early retirement for Ivan Pillay because he wanted access to his pension money to pay for his children's education? Can I, as a public servant, resign today to access my pension money, but ask my employer to rehire me tomorrow once I have access to that money?
