Postpone it because the assertions and points that the president will speak to including his commitments will be based on the outcomes of this budgeting process. Some of his commitments must be guided by legislation and some of that legislation must be interrogated first in the committee's before he can make commitments to South Africans. I'm sure ignorance is not a fun thing that is why I listen even to people I don't like. The only part you caught on to was the postponement of parliament without listening to the validity of the argument.

This Creates Back Log productivity and delays more municipal tasks to be debated in National duties , At the end of the day we still have backlog of Parliment duties were members engage in Useless speeches delaying progress in Parliment , if this continue more and we have to be embracing more BackLogs Sometimes we put wrong people in wrong places , They inturn forget that when in Parliment one must work in a Productive Way for the paople not for the Parties , Unnecessary ideas and speeches create a problem At the End of the day we are not Fools They will be smiling and enjoying Tea and coffee that you and I bought for them to waste us Time for we are alive and have our own lives to cater for .

You actually said nothing. This is a parliamentary process. If they don't do it. There might be issues later on, the very same things you are talking about and it will be too late to go back. Parliament is the legislative authority of everything that has to do with the government. If these ones don't interrogate legislation, the courts will have massive cases from people interrogating these very laws that were supposed to be properly crafted and then you will cry that the Judges are taking forever with cases.
