It's always a blessing to see volunteer groups coming to help others in time of need.

That is as silly as can be!! This is not an either or circumstance because the funding that goes to Ukraine and Israel is from a completely different funding source than the funds that are set aside for natural disasters. Even if aid wasn't going to Ukraine and Israel the exact same amount would still go to this or any other natural disaster.
