Thank you Roger. I’m Brand new to this sport with my 12yo son. We just purchased a Miroku sporter with adjustable stock but haven’t fired it as yet. We have been watching a few videos over recent months both here in Australia and UK re gun mount and feet position. Easy Peezy indeed ! 😄 Despite most of the other videos being good yours have us a system and process and you explained it well.

I'm learning a lot of good techniques from your videos. Have you thought about doing a video of you actually shooting at the trap range? I'm sure I'm not the only subscriber that would love to see you shoot!

Fantastic!!!! New to your channel but I have watched about a dozen so far. Question, why a Beretta 69Xv 68X? Both can come with adjustable stock?

great info, just recently got a 690 sporting and with the fixed stock it's a great fit luckily. put 300 rounds through it thus far.

Thanks for the informative video. I will definitely try this. Also any tips regarding cheek slap? happens to me sometimes and can get annoying. Would be nice to see you at the Metropolitan Clay Target Club in VIC for a shoot haha

Import 61...good to hear from you...for cheek slap...check that the butt of the gun is firmly and snugly in your shoulder...and keep good pressure on the comb...might see you at the club one day...stay well!

Tried the new mount. Worked great. Gun mounts in the same place all the time. Now....how you I hit the targets ?????

hi Roger I've just started Clay Pigeon not got my own gun yet is it important to get the gun fit when I buy one some people have said just get a gun and start shooting great videos keep up the good work

Keith...Gun fit is very important...buy a gun with a mid bead ( can be put on later) and an adjustable stock...do the adjustments so the gun shoots where you look (on the pattern board) and then you are fine ...good on you...stay well!

It was hard to tell from actual video as it looks like the butt rested on shoulder first. So do you bring stock to cheek gently first, then shoulder, then tighten?

Richard...i bring the gun up to the shoulder at an angle...when it touches my cheek I bring the gun down and check that my beads line up and put good pressure on the stock...then I pray that the clay will break...the important thing is to do the same thing every time...thanks and stay well!

Good on you... and with time 1/2 becomes 3/4 and then you'll be expecting 23 24 and 25's regularly...stay well and happy shooting!

star light... i dont have a link for the moulded ear piceces...i just had them made at the gun club...At big competitions there is usually some one there who makes them...stay well!

Ricardo...at the bottom of the video there is a button with CC ...press that button then the settings button next to it ...select your language and you will have subtitles in your language...I tried it on one video and it worked...!

well yea your sticking it to your shoulder then clearly bringing your head down...
