Nantha is an example of a silent villain. He didn't shout or scream yet his character was cruel and evil. Aadhi didn't speak any punch dialogues or do any mass heroism yet he was dignified and charismatic. Tamil cinema needs more such characteristics for heroes & villains.

True. Excellent movie. Nice Story, Screen play. Direction is excellent. Good Photography and music. No unnecessary comedy, song sequence. Really very good acting by Nantha and Aadhi. Hats off to the team.

This movie will never age. This movie has so many insights. For whatever that has happened to Ramya her father, husband, misunderstood vasu, flatmates mostly men and a greedy women are reason. This shows how are society is dirty. This movie is not only revenge horror movie but also reflection of human mind in society

Music..camera..fresh faces with a neat screenplay...heroine is a huge plus..azhagu.

2009 nostalgia 😃😃 When this film came out coincidentally the weather was just like how it was shown in the film. Mostly raining. Watched it so many times and still tend to watch just the scenes between aadhi and sindhu. Amazing BGM by thaman and the movie has just 3 songs which are lovely and none of them are inappropriately placed. Beautiful film indeed.

Likewise, at the final scene he confesses to the press that he killed his wife. But after the press meeting, he will shout as "I didn't kill her. I didn't do the murder" when pushing him into the police jeep & arresting him. That's because she possessed him and made him tell the truth to the world. Nice hidden details!👍🏻

2009 my break up year. I think I've watched this movie 30times or more since then. Evergreen. Memories, melodies, heart breaking story

Just wondering what was the cause for Ramya's decision to write such a letter. Was it her husband's words or her first love that failed?. This is just a story what about in real life. Are people aware of the heart contains feelings , it can be hurt if one does not know how to handle it within. Do not think that a silent man can be a good man. Selfishness can destroy a life of another. Ladies do not trust anyone that includes people you are surrounded with.Anyhow women can learn a lesson from this 2hrs movie that not only for entertaining purposes but also increases the thinking process. Kudos Mr. Shankar team 👍🙏

There’s nothing wrong with her having a lover before. Sometimes things don’t work out. & The neighbour lady lied to the husband so her daughter can have the flat. The other neighbour was a disgusting pig who also lied. The girl who went crazy and her boyfriend lied about him seeing Ramya. You don’t seem to find any mistake in him literally killing her but you do when she gets revenge, lmao.
