In what way? He is actually explaining himself very well and clearly in this Q and A! Fact: EACC is a useless institution that has enabled senior officials in government to steal money. One of the reasons Gen Z is on the streets is because of this organization to be frank! No one has gone to jail because of shoddy work by them and judiciary.

Just like the other politicians in Kenya. Look at John Mbadi, Oparanya and Hassan Joho, today there is this Way, the next way they are that one. They only go where their personal desires are enriched. So sad that this is the political state in Kenya

Without properly listening to the guy you would be disillusioned to thinking he is smart. He is passionate but more of a politician than a leader. He is saying that the politicians to hold the power to vote for the referee.

Conflict of interest is very well written and explained, in the constitution.

A brilliant lawyer yet have not seen him represent anyone and win the case. Infact Okiya omtata despite being not a lawyer is far much better than him in so far as litigation is concern

Sifuna, all public officers should be made answerable for the smallest mistake. Keep your relatives and friends away from public offices and procurements. You should be supporting EACC not turning a deaf ear on it.

The Senate is a drain on the Exchequer. It should be scrapped together with the Women reps position. As the upper House, I've never seen it veto Parliament in a single bill That's obnoxious or draconian. It just sings the song of Parliament.
