Thank you for the compliment. I was celebrating 6 months, not 6 years (now I play the diatonic for 3 years and the chromatic for about one year and an half).

@@FlorenceGacoinMarks I had noted it's six months, but it's perfect even for a six years of practicing it. Love it, it sounds like a kind of taste of blue harmonica on chromatic. Admirable!

@@FlorenceGacoinMarks you must have used a chromatic ( key of C ), I assume the later part of this song, with the key changed, is much more difficult to play...

@@arijitsengupta9766 I'm not a tongue blocker at all. I would like to introduce some of this technique in my playing (especially octaves), but I'm not good for this (and far not patient enough).

@@FlorenceGacoinMarks And I find pucker difficult may be because I didn't practice this before. Your playing and tone is beautiful. Are you self taught?

@@arijitsengupta9766 Thanks for the compliment. No, for this very special instrument (here I speak about diatonic harmonica), I decided to take lessons with Paul Lassey. As he plays the both instruments, I decided after 15 months to start with the chromatic too. Before, I played flutes from my childhood (I learnt classical music for 10 years at music school and studied two years musicology).

Very nicely played! What are you playing this on? I somehow recall looking at the sheet music and deciding it was too low for regular chromatic in C. Or did you transpose it?

Thanks for the kind compliment. I play this on the 14 hole Chromatix on the picture, but I don't understand what you wrote: the lowest note is -1, which can perfectly be played on a 12-hole regular chromatic harmonica and I play in D minor, which is the original key.

Merci.
