Sir CV Raman our hero in India ! Does it work for Aerosols and gases ? And what was the software you used ?

In 1951, at the time of the first population Census, just 18% of Indians were literate while life expectancy was 32 years. CV Raman died at 42 years old. First census after British left in 1947.

@@tarunsewak6660 In 1830, Scottish Missionary William Adam published a report on the survery of indegenous education of India after surverying for a decade. The report, now popular as Adam's Report, gives tremendous information about the systematic decentralized native education system of India before it was uprooted by Macaulay in 1835. According to the report there were over 1 lakh pathashalas in Bihar and Bengal precidencies alone . Moreover, Gandhian scholar Dharampal's extensive research in his book "A Beautiful Tree" provides ample evidence that the overall literacy rate of India in 1770, at the time of the arrival of the British was 70-80%, almost double that of England during the same period. "I say without fear of my figures being challenged successfully, that today India is more illiterate than it was fifty or a hundred years ago, and so is Burma, because the British administrators, when they came to India, instead of taking hold of things as they were, began to root them out. They scratched the soil and began to look at the root, and left the root like that, and the beautiful tree (of education) perished." - Mahatma Gandhi

I'm wondering, can we measure a person? if we can add people's Raman IDs to libraries then we probably can identify people by their Raman effects that's awesome. Think about autonomous identifiers in all around the world you can pick up all IDs in a second. We are living in future.
