The sky can turn green before a tornado (I've seen it happen) although it wouldn't be green any other time.

While that is true! it is also common for the sky to change colors during a heavy storm in general :)) *sorry this is me just being a nerd* Love ur channel btw! :)

@@Green2Bean thank you for that extra bit of information! It's pretty crazy how just looking at the colors of the sky you can tell if a storm severe or not is coming.

@@Amethyst_the_rain_night I 100% agree! I’ve seen a green sky before but it’s never THAT green. It’s a very saturated green in the original when in my experience it’s usually a ton duller and yellower

@@foxgloveteaxd it's been awhile since I've last seen green skies. I love escaping peril (got a signed copy and read the cover off the original copy I got) and I love its cover so maybe the graphic novel could have been colored and drawn more similar to that.

I personally like it, but your version is so much better!
I really like this graphic novel cover tbh. Book covers need to stand out and this one does a great job at that! I don’t think it was the most appealing way to accomplish that, however the greens against the reds and the yellows with the purple text is quite eye catching! So far, this cover is improvement! I much prefer this over the last few we got. My main issue with his artstyle is how stiff it is. But that just comes down to my personal preference. You did a great job in the re design! I think the blue would have been a better option since peril is mostly orange, not red. And yeah, there are a lot of anatomy issues. But overall, I see this cover as a sign of improvement! I like seeing how his style adapts and changes as he grows as an artist! ^^

In regards to coconut being the wrong color Mike isn't the one who colors the graphic novels Maarta Laiho is. I agree with you thought that the graphic novels did not meet my expectations for what I originally imagined they'd be

Personally, Im okay with it, but it doesnt really match the mood of the chapter book cover. But skies also turn green before a tornado. But overall, I love the redesign!

I also thing mike holmes draws characters kinda opposite, i think i remember Moon being described as a more plumb dragon and shes drawn super thin, shes also like blue instead of green which annoys me

I personally like the peril part of the cover but the background just didn’t hit for me.
girl the only thing i hate is her eyes they did their best!
I have to admit the graphic novel art in WoF can be awesome in some aspects, and disappointing in others

I don’t like the new cover art that much either it’s just not like the other one which I get it isn’t supposed to be but I wanted at least a bit more action or something to it
