There used to be a passenger service that went from Dunfermline to Stirling via Alloa. There have been a few shouts in recent years to use the freight line (which I believe is disused) as it's replacement. Doesn't seem likely to happen anytime soon though unfortunately.

Hey, Joe! I liked this one. I went up the ECML in 1982, in a British Rail white and blue HST, to York. Then Edinburgh, Perth via Stirling and finally Inverness. I never saw the great bridge, sadly. Whatever I do in TSW, it comes back to this route. I can’t keep myself. I wonder if I’m enchanted by the Scottish lady announcing?😅

Speed limits are weirs like that 61 142 and 186 on sehs but that's not in kph its like 100 and 225 so not really
