Good info and during the 2007 to 2012 crash, Edina and St Paul Highland Park were the two areas which had the lowest price declines.

Just discovered your channel. Great content! I moved to MN in 2017 from Texas but I got friends and possibly my brother that may move up here this summer from Florida. Also I hope to buy a home around 2025 (looking at Saint Paul) I grew up in Miami on the border of Coral Gables, where I went to high school. I would say Edina is like the Coral Gables of Minnesota. Just outside the big city, very wealthy, affluent, preppy. Not my cup of tea for vibes lol but def some beautiful homes and areas. Centennial Lakes is also where I spent my first ever White Christmas; ice skating

@@movingtominnesota Husband will qualify for VA Loan by late fall 2024 so realistically we would get a house by the following summer I would think
