I’ve been watching your vids, and I can’t believe you haven’t showcased any double staircase homes... especially with the price range that you’re showing. Did you know it was voted to be the top most beautiful entryways in a house.

I dont like double staircases, especially in the foyer, too symmetrical. I like the artful look of a single stair in or near the entry, curving up, with a space or hall on the other side.

I am a little late with this response but Toll Brothers start around mid $400K range depending on community and style of house.
