Did you watch his interviews? He loves being way more involved with the TV moments. He loves that it's him out there making the scenes happen and not just him going to a room saying his idea than being handed whatever they turned it into. I don't think he believes it was a stupid idea. Just because you don't work for the big guy in the industry, doesn't mean it's a stupid move. Some people like being in smaller businesses and involved, some people just want the money from big business and get paid. Edge seems to understand he's in his twilight and wants to work with the talent that's been off limits to him his entire career. Nothing I've seen from Edge leads me to believe he is not happy with his decision.
