The professionalism of years wrestling is so developed that as Edge said, they know exactly how to fall and not get too much hurt. They know is gonna hurt but they are so self aware that they know exactly what to do before even hit the ground. That's years of taking countless bumps and falls. Respect you guys. I am from 26 January and Sheamus was not in the rumble match but did return at the royal rumble he faced shorty g and edge returned in the rumble match in number 21

when the vid is so good you can almost smell the crisp mountain air through the screen! great to see these two legends having some fun.

Seeing Edge take that fall was terrifying even though I know it's in the past and he finally returned. Damn near had a heart attack when I saw it.

Glad to see you enjoying our mountains Sheamus. I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and have a great Year coming up. May the road rise to meet you, and the wind always be at your back. and the rains fall softly on your fields. May God hold you gently in the palm of his hand. Just found this channel...and I always thought Sheamus is awesome wrestler, but never realised he is also this awesome source for motivation. I'm 39 and seeing guys my age in this shape, makes me up my workout routines. Great stuff.
