@@awarningtothecuriouswerewolves Well I don't care who goes to get my amontillado (which is dry sherry by the way)as long as it's not me. I will not go into some old catacombs to be shown something I must see to believe... I prefer not to be walled up in the creepy dark with spiders, never to see the light of day again...

@@awarningtothecuriouswerewolves Oh and it's in a wooden cask.. Which I think is a barrel. To be honest I hate sherry. Please tell whoever is going down there to find a cask of champagne. 🥂 And.. Beware of a large black cat with only one eye, he might be down there and he is an angry cat, rightfully so, but still, he is dangerous.

Hey I was just thinking.... You know how fond of EA Poe HP Lovecraft was, right? But I wonder how Howard felt about Edgar's The Black Cat? We know how fond of cats HP Lovecraft was. Now I believe EA Poe was just as fond of cats and his tale (tail, haha) was a cautionary tale of the dangers of alcohol and what it could turn you into without using some self control and responsibility...

I sometimes wonder what certain people would be like if I could be around them; meaning, would I like them or would they get on my nerves? Wonder what E A Poe was like? 🤔😊

I imagine his social skills were perhaps a little odd. I think he would find it amusing to peek around a corner or from behind a door and scare the shit out of whoever he was -tormenting- hanging out with on a dark and stormy evening.
