Bias aside, he's one of the most technically gifted footballers I have ever seen, and I've watched football for a very very long time. He might not have had the "finesse" like the Messi's or Neymar's or the goalscoring brain like Ronaldo etc, but goodness me, he's a ridiculously talented individual. Arguably Chelsea's best ever player, undoubtedly the most talented player the premier league has seen in the last 20 or so years, and easily one of the best football players of his generation. He was inexplicably brilliant. Shame what's happened to him in Madrid, but unlike others who were a 1 season wonder, or "next best thing" and fell off, Eden Hazard showed us what he was capable of and consistently proved to be a world class player. He was in that bracket for me, top 3 at his peak to be honest. People don't realize how incredible he was.

@@vladraduandrei5227 Fact. I just hope Madrid fans don't give up on him anytime soon, though I can understand their frustration. If he's anywhere even close to being at his best, other teams could forget about the league title before it even starts. He's that decisive. Being 31 now, hopefully he has a few years left in him at the top. Those nasty injuries could take its toll on the body later, forcing an early retirement - I hope that isn't the case.

Facts. Pure facts my friend. Hazard single-handedly carried us into top 3 + UEL that Sarri season. There are games where our plan is just giving him the ball and watch him make miracle happens. The only other player I've seen with such impact in a game is Messi and somewhat Neymar. Vision, dribbles, finishing, off-ball movements, elite mentality and some tricky mind games on the spot, Eden is absolutely the best, the most complete attacker in Chelsea history. A Chelsea legend through and through.

I am Barca fan who loved to watch Chelsea play only because of this man. According to me he's the closest player that resembles Messi's game. The dribbling, playmaking ability, that vision and skills were second to none. Always wanted him to see at Barca but it never happened and now watching his career getting wasted at Madrid only increases the pain 💔. Hopefully things around and even if for just 2-3 season, we get to see him back where he belongs 🎩

Seeing Eden just puts a smile on my face. What a player. Best dribbler Chelsea ever had. He fulfilled his dream going to Madrid and I was happy for him, but he should've stayed for sure. But once a blue, always a blue, Love you Eden!

The player with best technical ability and talent I've ever seen at Chelsea. Lamps, Drogba and Terry were amazing but Hazard was on another planet, he could win (and he did many times) a game on his own, just take the ball, dribble past 2-3 players and either score or deliver the perfect asisst. He carried Chelsea for 7 years even with teams that are much much worse than this one under Tuchel and he deserves the ultimate respect from us Chelsea fans.💙🙏 IMO he should also get a statue along with Roman, Lamps, Terry, Drogba and Cech but we will see if the new owners are more inclined on building statues than Roman was.

Actually he didn't carry Chelsea for 7 years. He carried Chelsea when Costa left the club. The rest, I totally agree with you.

@@philipolujuyitan2248 Costa was here from 2014 to 2017 and yes he was our main striker and goalscorer. But Hazard won 3 Chelsea player of the year awards and even won PFA player of the year in that time. We had some great teams than but Hazard was still our main guy, if you don't agree with that you just didn't watch the games or you don't understand football, sorry.

Will never forget his goal against Wolves at home 18/19. We were down and second best all game long, but one sparkle of brilliance from him saved us a point. Might not be as important as others on show here, but yeah, only Eden can pull that stubborn rabbit out of the hat for that one.

I had Zola 25 on all my shirts as a kid and never thought I'd see a player like that in a blue shirt again Lampard, Terry, Osgood, Drogba may get the top Legend spots, but Hazard is technically the best and most skilful footballer in the clubs history and we were so lucky to have him. He stayed loyal t the club for so long despite interest from Madrid, and nobody could deny him that move after winning every domestic cup in England. Such a shame how quickly his career stalled from injury. He had the raw potential to reach Messi levels had he continued his Chelsea form. Thanks Eden! All the best in retirement! Hope to see him back at Chelsea in some role.

to this day im not convinced that anyone has ever had a more accurate and harder hitting shot to the bottom half of the net than hazard. you can see in this compilation, majority of his goals are low or off the ground but he hits it so hard he makes professional keepers look like they're in slow motion. same with his penalties he just mindfakes them and then rifles it. there's really no comparison when it comes to the combination of low, accurate, and hard hitting shots.

I know this video is about Hazard…but not enough can be said about Giroud’s cushioned 1-2 pass, to perfectly setup Hazard clear on goal. Bravo 👏🏾

this video is awesome, there is a lot in this with the commentators Id never heard before. I like the part where he's first come from Lille and the hits the super long shot, left foot and commentator: "well his doesn't get tap-ins this boy, does he?" Plus it has the curler against Man U in high quality.
