You could make this an abandoned homestead, and in the save file they can starve saving for this homestead. I'd love to play that through with this family. They buy it as is and make it their own, and it is passed down to the kids. If there is room you could add another house in the back ... a smaller one maybe. The sister and brother could raise their family and it would be a great legacy starter. Ok, I'm definitely downloading this family.

I love this. But I’d add an old man whose wife recently died. He’s struggling to keep the farm running and runs into the family into. They become friends. They cold move in and take over when he passes away 😢

Love this farmstead and family ❤ In the stable I would totally put lil sheep which could be clovers responsibility and she uses the wool in her crafts which her mom sells with her help to encourage her independence and growth.
