This new show is actually better than the original trunk one, I enjoy this new that rocks show, it's something else for us rock fans to watch.

That Rocks has been great so far. Another weekly dose of rock and metal is all good

Enjoyed the breakdown of the Trunk exorcism video I posted. Haha

I will say in 2017 at the IDL Ball Room in Tulsa he hosted a show for Dokken and he hung out the whole show. Oddly enough in was in the crowd and he approached us and hung out for a little bit. It was kinda bizarre.

Sadly that's the only people in rock music worth interviewing, there's no new bands good enough to replace these legendary bands. And even if there were there's no money or support in it like there was in the 80s.

Thats true but Eddie is still in this thing for himself and if it all dies when hes retired or dead then so be it. Eddie was never about promoting the new generation of bands it was just about promoting himself and who he made friends with. So this is what you get in 2023, Eddie and his pals talking to a bunch of old guys he's known for 40 years.

I'm a fan of That Rocks. And That Metal Show was on for 7 years (2008-2015). I've also been a fan of you two since 2014 or so, but you guys shouldn't shit on a show you've never watched. It just comes across like you don't like Eddie (more so Neeley than you Chris) and thus the shit talk about the new show and That Metal Show.

Yep coming across like jealous little kids. Shitting on things while saying I'm not trying to shit on Eddie or the show, how many times does Chris say things like that. I love the CMS but guys most of us like other rock shows aswell. Also Chris does be sneering Eddie about knowing everyone which Eddie does go over the top with. But yet in many episodes Chris will name drop about people he knows aswell like Phil Anselmo and neeley with the dokken guys, in many episodes Chris says a good friend of mine.

CMS need to get more heavy metal bands Underground Death Metal ect ect to much glam rock bands

Eddie has to overplay himself because as the musicians he always interviews gets older and drop off his income opportunities are going to dwindle. Hope he has that Vegas home paid off.

Chris, you need to watch the recent clip of Ace Frehley playing "Detroit Rock City." HOLY FUCK! What a train wreck. At the guitar breakdown, Ace starts playing the song in a different key to the rest of the band. It is so embarrassing that the other two band members move the fuck away from Ace in a goddamned hurry. Lmao. KI$$ AND Ace both need to hang it up. Ive watched part of one episode of That Rocks w/ Sammy Hagar. Ill be straight up: the show is shit. The ONLY difference between ET interviewing a guest and this show is A) the visual aspect and B) he has the other two hacks with him, one of which apparently can't afford a microphone since he's using his device's mic. They really have nothing to add. I really find the whole thing embarrassing

You guys are boring. I don't care for trunk much always spouting kiss, kizz whatever can't stand that band, but his show is entertaining. Busting cohones 😅

Don’t watch!

I'll admit That Metal Show sucked, but you need to remember the time beforehand. It was all a bunch of Jamey Jasta scumbags trying to out hardcore each other, aside from Metallica and Ozzy it was anathema to mention any old school band on mainstream metal TV. Mistress Juilya stands out as particularly awful. Don't get me wrong she was smoking hot and I'd screw her silly, but she was pure try-hard swear-too-much CRINGE. Metal Sanaz wasn't much better. Who you ask? Exactly. So something like That Metal Show where all anyone ever talked about were lists where Judas Priest, Iron Maiden and Black Sabbath were always the top three was frankly refreshing. Mind you Don & Jim were bad in their own particular way, but if they convinced that young generation to put down the Deftones and pick up the Def Leppard High & Dry, fine by me. The only thing I didn't like about the show (other than the hosts) was it didn't do enough to promote the new bands who told modernity to go to hell. Sabaton, Enforcer, Battle Beast, High On Fire, Iced Earth, Ghost, and that's just from TMS' time on air. You need young bands doing the new thing for young people to get into it. That's just how it works.

Sound like 2 haters. Guy on the left should get an angiogram. Not looking healthy
