You can tell Charlie's loss is weighing on Eddie. There is something sad about him, but at the same time something so calm. If there was somebody "woke" out there, it would be Eddie.

I grew up in Harlem and played Skellies also. But when Eddie mentioned " Hot Peas and Butter," I almost fell off the couch. He explained it exactly how we played it. It was good to remember it with him. Thanks, Eddie. 😊

Wesley Snipes did a great job in that movie!!! He was hilarious!!

Eddie Murphy is back!!! It’s been so long. I always wondered if this Legend would ever reappear again. And now here is in a super big way. Total class act.

Eddie's skin looks great for his age. He looks great.

Random fact: In South Africa we also have a version of Hot peas and Butter. I'm not sure if all SA kids played it but us black kids played it in the township (township means the hood). We called it "Shushu Bhanti". Which directly translates to "Hot Belt"

Oh!! We also played that game but we called it "Hot Bread & Butter" lol. The winner would hide the belt and when the next kid found it he would shout "Hot bread and butttter come and get your supppper!!" now he's the winner who chases all the kids with the belt swinging it and whipping everyone in his way lol !! It was alotta fun, no one got hurt we'd just laugh 😅💛 most of the fun was being chased. 💛✨💛💛
