Fun fact : pork skins/rinds in moderation are a healthy snack. Per serving they only have about 3 grams of saturated fat, and half the fat per serving is monounsaturated “healthy” fat. They are loaded with collagen, which is great for your gut, skin, and hair. They also have a decent amount of micronutrients.
