Devin has a promotional company and could have made a bid, he chose not to and expected Eddie to put up his money. Eddie has no contractual agreement with him- and the truth is, Paro is a much better fight for him than Sando Martin but hey, he doesn’t want that smoke at all- not after Paro outworked the “boogie man” Matias on home soil 😂

Eddie Hearn just said he doesn’t think the fight is profitable. Why would he pay to promote a fight doesn’t think will be profitable with a fighter who doesn’t have a contract with Matchroom?
