If I'd been a 'pro' boxer for a minute, never fought a legit boxer, and was called an average boxer in terms of skills by Eddie hearn who has a roster of hundreds, I'd be genuinely flattered and pleased. That's enough motivation to build on.

No they both are experts at the game and they are playing you. Jake Paul knows he is not a world class boxer but him saying that he is creates drama, arguments, controversy etc. If he said 'Oh I am an average or below average boxer fighting who picks retired MMA fighters for easy fights so that I can 100% win' then Eddie would just agree with him and this video wouldn't exist, all the interviews wouldn't exist or would have no views.
