I appreciate the review man! You nailed all the points. Just to shed some light on the price, all the materials are sourced here in the United States and all the manufacturing is done right here in the United States. Glad you’re enjoying it! Stay safe!

Thanks for designing this amazing belt! You did a great job and your helping a lot of folks carry in a much more comfortable way! And about the price, I see what you mean, made in America products are going to be slightly higher in price because your not cutting any corners when it comes to quality and manufacturing and all the materials are sourced here in the United States 🇺🇸 Thanks for clarifying that! Definitely worth it for anyone that’s looking for a better minimalist designed edc belt.

Question. I run a groove belt, have for a couple years, its comfy but doesnt handle weight too well. Before finding it I tried a thick leather, which the buckle area printed massively. Then a nexbelt which is so rigid it prints a circle around my body, and sticks out 2 plus inches in the appendix when I holster up. Do you think this edc s belt would be a good option.

I had the same problems with my kore belt! It made carrying very uncomfortable, made my set up stick out way further than it should have, and their belt buckle is very thick ( due to the ratchet system ) I just ordered one of these edc S belts from tier 1 and I really really hope this belt works 🤞

@tylervanroy2173 Right on. Please report back. I just got the Tenicor zero belt last week. I like, but you do need to run it pretty tight. It's way better than the nexbelt but a little less comfortable than the groove. However it works better than the groove by a bit. Always a trade off.

Previous to owning the Tier 1 edc ccw belt I had combined two different manufacturers belts making my own edc ccw belt. I used the carbon fiber Grip 6 belt buckle which is really flat and undetectable by metal detectors and the elastic belt strap off the Groove life belt. I had to melt the end of the Groove life belt so it formed a T at the end to retain in one side of the Grip 6 buckle slot. This actually works very well and still use it to this day. I made a second one my 16 yr old son uses too for regular belt use.

Great video and review. I'm subscribing. I've been wearing this belt for almost two months and here are the pros and cons for me. Pro: I hurt my back in a motorcycle accident, and this is the most comfortable CCW belt I've ever worn. That' elastic back strap is a game changer for people with bad backs. That's the only pro. Cons: The price is really high (I paid $120 from Hunter's site). This guy is correct. It should be $60'ish The lack of a buckle. I get it that it was designed to be able to slip through belt loops, but this closure type is archaic. There is no reason for that odd choice when we know what else is out there. I've been using the Kore for years so I love the micro adjustments. I'd even prefer the old school pin style belt buckle. The lack of easy adjustment while out and about. Again, compared to the Kore ratchet style of buckle and adjustability, this seems ridiculous. It's a giant step back in technology. With the Kore I would loosen it when I would sit, and tighten it when I would stand. It was always one discreet adjustment away from perfect. With this belt I'd have to find a private room if I needed to adjust my belt to not show my gun. I love the elastic so much I keep trying to wear it and get used to it, but I've switched back to my Kore belt a few times. My back feels so much better when wearing this belt that I think I'm going to try and make something myself by combining my Kore belt with this one. I'll probably just end up ruining two belts, but I have to do something to take the best closing system and the best back feeling belt with the elastic.

They are the same belt pretty much. Only difference I noticed is the tier 1 has 3 notches/loops and the Constantine has 2 notches/loops. Hunter Constantine designed the belt. I think tier 1 just wanted to add an extra notch/loop for theirs. So I guess the tier 1 has a little more adjustment. Other than that it’s the same belt.
