I know you guys are joking, but just to add, usually people don't actually use 'eh' in the context that you see in jokes, it's more like where you might use 'huh' if you're american. like, 'that's kind of weird, eh?' rather than how you doing eh? that makes no sense. but also, bieber really tries to do his cool gangsta rapper accent so it's probably pretty fair to say he sounds american now.

@Emily Riggs yeah he started playing at age 11 then started making songs a year later and never stopped. He also said that he never put the guitar down,he would play it in the morning before school,then he played it at the school breaks,then came home and played it until he went to sleep. He also said he made 2 songs everyday so he did that for 4 years then left home when he was 16 to make a name for himself and the rest is history. So I don’t think just anyone can make it,you have to live and breathe it like Ed. He has the hardest work ethic out of anyone I can think of and he deserves everything he has. I’m so proud of him.

@@tonyhollerz6958 Every singer knows voice cracks are normal. Every singer you love and listen too, voice had cracked at some point. Mostly in private though it's not a uncommon thing when your experimenting with new sounds. It's actually healthy for your voice because cracking protects you. Your voice wants to switch gears.

Rez You can play guitar that well in 2 weeks if you practice and learn the main major chords. Singing will require a vocal coach and 6 months to a year

Humility, honesty & kindness personified. His comment about his mother and her supporting children's hospitals - Ed seeks to visit children's hospitals in each city that he tours to cheer them up (been doing it all around Australia).

I can now confidently say that whenever I sing, people are almost always pleasantly surprised by me. I’m not the best singer in the world, but to know that I can actually sing provided I give enough grit and hard work - it made a part of me happy

WOW! he's sooo inspiring! honestly I NEVER would have guessed that he sounded like that back then. it's a misconception I hear from lots of folks these days saying "that folks are born with natural talent." well I think ed sheeran just proved them wrong. it just goes to show hard work and perseverance really pays off 😆

The cool thing about that song is that it’s not really that far off of being really good - he’s just not singing in his natural range. Back then - he didn’t know what his strengths were as a musician.

He's true artist. He showed it to motivate others to work hard

He's such a down to earth guy!! Seems like someone you'd want to be friends with. Also, he is an incredible musician! Saw him live and he was flawless. That practice paid off ;)
