@@me-uq1tp any how the cyst or the large follicle is not important but the point is that: you can search on the side medial to them to find the ectopic gestation

@@amiltonmichael5377 Yes its an adnexal ectopic pregnancy. Most probably in the Fallopian tube, its most common location. You can see a heterogenous adnexal mass adjacent to the ovary showing differential movement and peripheral vascularity. An eccentric gsac is also seen. I'm a radiologist. I see this very often.

It's not usually seen as clearly as in case of true intara uterine pregnancy. If uterine cavity has no double decidual Reaction / Gs.... Free fluid is noted. It's ectopic. Anyhow explor laprotomy will b carried out for further evaluation.
