Congrats on getting your factory up and running. It looks clean and well organised, now you can turn your focus to customer support. One look on Amazon and I see nobody is unhappy with the product but CS seems to be a building site.

How do you respond to the limitation of only 800 cycles then only 60% capacity. I would not but it for daily use. This is disappointing. How is ecoflow going to address this and CD the poor customer support noted in many reviews?

800 cycles is over two years of daily discharge/recharge. Just what would you do where you would need to do this on a daily basis for over two years? This is primarily a backup battery bank for power outages. None of these battery banks is meant for daily use year round. The vast majority of power outages only last a few hours. Do you have daily hours long blackouts? You should move or buy a Generac whole house generator. If you have a blackout every two weeks, that means you can have over four years of discharge/recharge. If you have a blackout that lasts three or more days three times a year, that's nine discharge and recharge cycles. The Delta could last for decades at that rate. If you use portable solar panels to slowly charge the Delta, you will only increase the longevity of the batteries over time since slower charging doesn't put a strain on the batteries as much as X-stream charging from the wall AC. Tesla S batteries have the same 18650 batteries as the Delta and they show low rates of degraded capacity after 7 years. My River Pro sits in the office to be used for power outages that last for an hour or more to power my modem and router. To recharge my mobile phone, tablet or laptop. They all have batteries as well, once they are charged then they are good for 8-10 hours. Generally, my UPS battery will keep my modem and router, less than 35 watts, running during the short power outages, so I don't even need to pull out the Ecoflow. Basing your decision on what you think is a short 800 cycles doesn't translate int real world usage. As a backup source of power that doesn't need gasoline or propane or maintenance, that will give you lights, internet and recharging capability for your electronics and recharge from zero to 100 percent in less than two hours is astounding.

If your not thinking about buying one due to bad/poor customer service don't hesitate. I have never had a problem communicating with Ecoflow through the website. There is live chat! The one thing that I still want to find out though is the life of the Delta. Is it 80% like the web site states or 60% like the box and manual state.

Actually the most important room in your factory should be the administrative office that could actually provide acceptable customer service. You have a lot to learn about business. It is more than just a good product. It is support and customer service. If you don't have that from the beginning, your reputation in the industry will be marred and will never recover even if you finally improve. This is a highly competitive industry and the one who wins is the one who pleases the customer. Simple. My personal experience so far is sub par so I won't spend my hard earned money if I feel I will be left behind. Food for thought.

I couldn’t agree more. I spent close to $1700 and they will not provide any assistance for my problem with my account. I get better support on a $10 item purchased from another company. It makes me wish I never ordered the product. I only hope that is a much better product than their Customer Support so I won’t have to contact them! I hope they read these comments and all the other comments that are critical of their Customer Support on other KZread videos.

@@gary860 Sorry to hear you already spent the money and having difficulties. Just like Micheal says below, the channel DIY solar with Will Prowse did a review that you have probably already seen. It has pros and cons just like any other similar product. I hope they do read these comments and step up the customer service. If they don't this company won't last long. I wish you luck with your situation and let us know here what happens. It would be appreciated.

Now urgently, what you need is to provide after-sales support and technical service that is efficient and fast, and that meets the requirements of the laws of each region. In Europe, the service is very poor, and if you do not improve the repair or replacement of your products under warranty, which currently does not comply with the community standards of the European community, you are a company that will soon disappear in Europe.

@@EcoFlowTech Of course I can provide you with the open cases, but first, let me tell you that the management of the cases is very slow, the managers often ask for the same data provided (with the aim of making the client dizzy, or slowing down the assistance to the point of boring to the customer?), several different managers intervene, each of which requests similar things, and once provided, they delay in the final response and in sending the RMA return labels. And it gets worse when the labels addressed to the official technical service in Germany have defects: the weight is missing, they lack a destination telephone number, and because the weight exceeds 20Kg, they are not accepted at the pickup points (they should be collected at home the client's). And finally, I had to discover, while purchasing another new PowerStream unit and new cables, that the error was twofold: The Delta 2 Max fails on port number. 1 of the Extra Battery (and it was not repaired in the first shipment to Vitech GmbH, they returned it to me the same), and the PowerStream is dead. @@EcoFlowTech Of course I can provide you with the open cases, but first, let me tell you the following key points of the disastrous after-sales service: -First, the management of cases due to hardware failures or defective firmware is very slow and complicated: the managers repeatedly request the same data provided, I believe with the aim of confusing the customer, and slowing down the assistance so that the client gives up and abandons. -Second, the response times (except for the first one, which is an automated response), are abusive. To complicate it, several different managing people are involved, open new cases, each of whom requests similar things, which once provided, continue to delay the final response. -Third, When it becomes clear that there is a hardware problem on the device covered by the legal warranty, they take a long time to send an RMA label. To complicate matters, in Europe, they send the label with incomplete data: for example, if they know that the weight of a battery is, for example, 24Kg, they send you a label without weight, without the recipient's phone number (so that the logistics company can contact the shipping payers) and do not send a pickup to the customer's home, and due to the weight, you cannot use the pickup points of the logistics companies (DPD-Seur). -Fourth, after overcoming the previous obstacles, and waiting 3 weeks to receive the Delta 2 Max back from the German SAT (I live in Spain but in Europe shipments are made in a few days), I verify that the battery still does not work when I use both ports. And by myself, without help from Ecoflow, I was able to discover what the problem could be, ruling out errors by purchasing another PowerStream and also new cables, and doing tests: I had port number 1 of Extra Battery with a fault, and the old PowerStream was dead. -Finally, I’m waiting a reasonable amount of time to receive the two RMA labels of the delta 2 Max, and of the PowerStream Inverter, so that they can replace both products with new ones, or have mine repaired, otherwise the next and last step will be to report this fact to the European authorities, where it can end up in court. -The open cases are: ***CAS-20240309-322313,PowerStream Microinverter and Delta 2 Max CAS-20240220-297378, PowerStream Microinverter and Delta 2 Max CAS-20240209-283910, PowerStream Microinverter ***CAS-20240203-276302, PowerStream Microinverter
