Vetiver is divine! Fragrance heavenly and invaluable to local ecosystems!!! Environment + Social taken care of by 1 plant...
Brands like Forest Essentials, that have a top selling Vetiver body spray, should partner with such agripreneurs

We need to maintain quality and consistent supply.
I have advised the farmers and enterpreneus in Cuddalore area regarding scientific vetiver cultivation and in sync with market demand and to maintain quality. Unfortunately, these were not followed and farmers face problems. I advised the local administration regarding Carbon sequestration and phytoremediation.

Vetiver oil is one of the most in demand oils in the perfume industry...proper scientific way of extracting oil is required. Maybe the middle men slashed the prices to make more money...
I have to say the narrators voice while soothing is pretty hard to understand
the farmer
Even when government comes up with financial incentives, it is the dalaal who take the lion's share of financial reward.
Small farmers get trapped in poverty with changing way of farming, global warming and expensive way of modern farming. The cost of fertilizer, equipment all add to farmer's financial worries.

FPOs could be one solution.
Commentary is really inaudible and unclear, people speaking are much clearer... Really disheartened
