Echocardiography Mock Exam 2 | Collection of 25 Echo Cases
In this MOCK Exam there are twenty five echocardiography cases, each case is of about one minute, with initial 30 seconds to view the case and in the next 30 seconds clips are repeated with answer so you can relate the answer with echo clips.

Case 33 Pressure half time 300ms, non holosystolic flow reversal in the aorta, appears that AI jet fills less than 50% of the LVOT : moderate AI

Exactly, PHT is favoring moderate AR 👍 Vena contracta width of 9mm is favoring severe AR, together with diastoloc flow reversal although not pan diastolic.

Very good cases. You see a lot of pathology. Had a hard time judging the vena contracta without seeing the zone of flow convergence @@DrMUsmanJaved

Usually its picked up incidentally, but this malformation predisposes to thromboembolism so should not be considered normal finding
