Just one last word about this performance for me. It's only getting better folks...this band is a shooting star. We are witnessing the rise of a band that eclipses some of the finest progressive bluegrass work we have ever heard. These boys are working there ass off. It's shows. @@chilson.fillips 2020 turned out to be a shit show, didn't it. Lucky me, I was on the rail in front of Billy for the very last show they played before the shut down. I even managed to get the set list and have it autographed by the whole band and part of the crew. Bad ass show but sucks that it was the last. Hope we get to see them again soon.

I can't but imagine Doc, Merle and Rick Watson's souls smiling while watching this guy playing and singing with his band. There's nothing more to add.

For some reason I would always past Billy Strings up till one day I decided to give a lisen. Now, feel kind stupid for passing him by. His musicianship speaks for itself.

Billy deserves everything coming. Heard a got a Grammy. Heard the 🍕 stains are back. Word has it he's now doing stuff with dangerous rappers, punky antiwarriors and other multiculturalismaniacs. So glad he didn't implode. I blame his parents, Martin guitars, bluegrass, death and black metal, incredible intelligence, an open soul, lots of drugs and one midnight deal with a guy on a crossroads in North Carolina that said "I'll make you a ☆, but every time you solo, you must wear all the turmoil and tinfoil upon your pretty face." 🙃😘 Big love from an old fan! This performance 🎭 is magnificent.

I've watched this an unhealthy amount of times.... all incredible musicians! You guys should play a show in Rochester/Buffalo!

Sitting under my tin roof back porch after a thunderstorm and when the boys finished "I'm Still Here" the rain on the roof sounded like an audience clapping. I love this band. It soothes my soul.

Not only is this band simply amazing but their instruments and playing is just so damn good. They get it.

Saw them in Nashville (RRE) a few weeks back and have been gorging on this session ever since.

My total favorite new artist!! The band he has now is perfect! Crazy cool.

Drew Matlitch shreds on mandolin. Billy Strings Vocals and guitar are outstanding. A group of super talented musicians who are the most innovative new grass players these days.

I wasn’t expecting to see different men playing mandolin and bass with Billy. I thought once he formed the quartet it was always Billy, Billy, Royal and Jerrod. Great performance!

You cant buy that guitar from Sam Ash. It's a Preston Thompson, custom made for Billy. Although I love a good Martin!

I went to a rave, on Halloween in this very Church. The legitimacy of this setlist and location can not be rivaled: imho.

The dust in a baggie song to me is the best one. It has a lot of meaning these days people dropping Dead all over.. prisons are full of addicts and mentally ill mostly. It's just plan a great song. And a great story that I think must mean something to them. It almost got me. Music can heal addiction. I hope Billy does not go the Wayward way because that's way too much talent to lose.
