End Game was not as good as Infinity War & nothing since has been as good as End Game so possible to say that End Game was the beginning of the decline or that Infinity War was the end of the MCU standard having standards.

The only thing that's pretty much likable to me of her character is just how she isn't really like an overpowered female superhero. No power blasts, no mutations, no super strength, just a LOT of training (whether it's just guns and martial arts), and it shows. Edit: she now has healing powers, or better yet, flashback powers lmao.

@@joseabreu-nn5cu I don't have anything against Hawkeye, I just mean that Maya was not set up super well as a formidable combatant. Her fight with [spoiler] in E1 of her new show is similar. Instead of her looking very capable against her opponent, it instead makes them look held back... staggering a bunch after a super-choreographed-looking blow from her, etc. I get that the actress only has 1 leg and it's hard for her, but Marvel might be better off just swapping her out for a stuntwoman whenever possible, if they really want to sell us on Maya's capabilities.

And after that, making multiversal, adventure or god being power Movies more seriously with less or no goofy, comedic funny tone. Filling it with thriller, action and tense movements that it will make it worth the time for “all of us” . If you know what I’m saying.

echo seems to be more in line with the netflix marvel shows than the mcu (in terms of the tone or vibes or it, from what i’ve seen/heard, obviously it’ll connect to the mcu) so i imagine they’ll be hoping to draw in more of that audience with this. and the photographic memory could be really interesting if it’s done well. people enjoyed her in hawkeye, and i’d say that’s enlightening to draw in at least a steady viewing. i’m not sure it’ll be as popular as some of their other shows, but i feel like they could (and am hoping they will) take some more risks with it Because it’s a character we don’t really know yet

Photographic Memory is good tho? Mirroring your enemy and learning their fighting skills immediately like it's nothing is insane. In street level conflict I would consider anyone with that kind of ability a threat.
