I'll tell you what. I got one of these a few months ago because I wanted a light firewood saw with power and actually oiled the bar. After years of fixing husquvarna saws that don't oil or start, what a pleasure this saw has been.

The 4910 is an excellent saw. I use it on my tree farm. I would suggest that you invest $10 in a set of captured sprocket cover nuts. On mine, the original flange nuts came loose and the chain jumped. I'm using an 18" bar with the Stihl yellow chain. and have a 20 " bar & chain if needed.

I got the 3510 a few months ago. Hate to say it but I love it. It’s featherlite and essentially no vibration. Threw a vxl chain on and played with the carb and it runs great. Won’t outrun a 72 or 346 but for the trade off of weight. I’ll take it. It’s a limbing saw that can be used one handed. Also worth the crap a catch for running an echooooooo. Light enough to run one handed. Also oils only when the chain is moving not on idle. Threw some 3 pt dawgs on to save the case and keep it off the ground. Jury still is out but for the dollar for value it beats a husqy or still.

You are a beast. Watch your back. You only get one of those. I might pull the trigger on one of these. I have two other echo saws and they never fail to start.

Been watching a lot of Charles Brisco. Looking forward to what you do with it, after you run it stock and muffler modded for a while. These saws are more than 1/2 lb lighter than similar 50cc saws. So, when ported and running good, are amazing bang for the buck. Some years, this saw was almost my main firewood saw, when I wasn't cutting anything big. I haven't run mine for a year now - need to get her back out and let her rip.

So, it does not have a purge gas bubble? I like that! Home Depot has this saw now for $279.00 before taxes.

Ive got a squish band question for ya. I sanded a band and have 6 thousandths difference from one side of the cylinder to the other. I musta been abit heavy handed one side. But anyway how big of a concern is that do you think?
