Let's go! I churned through my History Homework using it. (I replayed it several times to finish) Sooo Goood!

It is sp crazy that almost 2 hours have synced to battlefield loading screens, battles, after action reports with a pee and drink break. Dude this is so crazy. It's like half a second off but the breakthrough battles end right at the peak. The unlocks scroll and an slight delay like a second echo and then load into new session. This is incredible

Who else discovered this as a young child and still finds it just as inspiring. Seems like we’re all in the same boat here haha

In my Empire every first born son, gets taken as tribute for the safety of the people. The first born sons grew up in the Giant Barracks, were they go to school and get trained to fight and kill. Thats the Reason why the Imperial Legion is more likely a Army of Elite-Soldiers willing to die by order. They can manage every enemy they are facing, on the otherhand there still is the Imperial Volunteer Armed Forces who are in comparisson not bad trained but still not even close to the skill of the Legates who learn Fighitng and Killing from age 6 on. If you think about it, as a second born you can join the Volunteer Army with age 17, you get trained 4 years till the age of 21 you get sendet to war if its matter. The Legates get trained to age 24, then they gain their Rank as Legates. And then they get sendet in war, and if your survive till the Age of 30 you gain the rank as Praetorian and you can get the chance to become Emperors Bodyguard.

Wow, this is kinda Ironic but this fits with my book as well. Specifically when the main character's development finally begins. Thanks for pointing this out, it's always nice to remember the scenes where I know I did well. Also, just a cool little coincidence, my book has a lot to do with kids and war, but I think I went into a little different direction than you. Is your book out yet?
