In his earlier video, he said that T-waves has no medical significance , so he would not be dwelling on it.

​@@eakpan1267it was U wave not T wave... U wave shows hypokalemia. QT waves shows active ventricles with a time of 0.33 to 0.44

T wave should be asymmetric
